Over the past few years we have witnessed that doing the “human” work is often a lonely place to be in. While the emerging field of culture design becomes essential and more accepted for business success, it’s still early days.

1. I won’t be able to join all live sessions, can I still become a member?Yes, for sure. Schedules are busy and sometimes unpredictable, so some members cannot be there for every session.

2. Do you record the live sessions ?We decided not to do them anymore in order to create an even safer space.

3. I’m not leading a culture team neither am I part of the culture team (e.g. HR, DE&I, etc.) - However, I prioritize culture in my work a lot as a team lead. Can I join?First of all, thank you for your interest. We are curious to hear from you and will make a decision on this case by case. Therefore, we are looking forward to your application. :)

4. Do you offer special pricing if needed ?Yes! We are fully aware that a global community has different needs, especially if you are coming from countries with challenged economies at the moment. Just let us know so we can adjust the price.

5. Can I bring members from my team?Yes, we’d love to have your team members join our community. Please check the different membership options.

6. How does the application process look like?You need to fill out the application form here, please. Our application committee goes through it and you might get invited for a video call. After the video call, our application committee will make a final decision. The final answer will be shared with you within 1 week max. Thank you so much! 😊
